磁力泵(bèng)故障分析(xī)

1．無介(jiè)質或(huò)輸(shū)送(sòng)介質流量(liàng)小：使轉子主軸(zhóu)與穩定軸(zhóu)承幹摩，燒碎軸(zhóu)承。磁(cí)力泵是由輸送介(jiè)質給滑動軸承提供潤(rùn)滑和冷(lěng)卻(què)的，在(zài)沒有開入口(kǒu)閥(fá)或出口閥(fá)的情(qíng)況下(xià)，滑動軸承因無(wú)輸送介質潤滑(huá)和冷卻而(ér)導緻高溫(wēn)從而(ér)損壞。
2．磁力泵因氣蝕而(ér)導緻的問題：泵産生氣(qì)蝕的原因主要(yào)有泵入口管阻(zǔ)大、輸送介(jiè)質氣(qì)相較多(duō)、灌泵不(bú)充分、泵入口能頭不夠等原因(yīn)。氣蝕對泵的危害大(dà)，發生(shēng)氣蝕(shí)時泵劇烈振動，平衡嚴重破壞(huài)，将導緻泵(bèng)軸承(chéng)、轉子或葉(yè)輪(lún)損(sǔn)壞。這是磁(cí)力泵故障(zhàng)發生的常(cháng)見原因。
3．隔離套(tào)損壞：磁力泵的(de)磁力聯軸器是由泵所輸送介(jiè)質冷(lěng)卻的，如果(guǒ)介質(zhì)中有(yǒu)硬質顆粒，很(hěn)容(róng)易造(zào)成隔離套劃傷(shāng)或劃穿，有時如果維(wéi)護方法不(bú)當也有可能造成隔(gé)離套的損(sǔn)壞。
