防(fáng)爆(bào)電機啓動困(kùn)難，加(jiā)負載(zǎi)後不能(néng)升(shēng)至(zhì)額(é)定轉速的原因和解決(jué)辦法如(rú)下： 防爆電(diàn)機 電(diàn)源(yuán)電(diàn)壓低(dī)：電源(yuán)電壓太低時，與(yǔ)供電部門(mén)聯系解決(jué)，若(ruò)線路壓降大(dà)，可改用粗(cū)電纜(lǎn)。籠型轉子(zǐ)開焊或斷條：用(yòng)開口變壓(yā)器或(huò)其他(tā)儀器檢查(chá)。對銅(tóng)條轉子可(kě)以補焊，鑄鋁轉(zhuǎn)子則(zé)宜重鑄。繞(rào)線轉子一(yī)相斷路：用校(xiào)驗燈、萬(wàn)用表(biǎo)找出斷路(lù)處後修複。繞線(xiàn)轉子電刷(shuā)或(huò)啓(qǐ)動變阻器(qì)接觸(chù)不良(liáng)：檢修(xiū)電刷(shuā)與啓(qǐ)動變阻器(qì)的接觸(chù)部(bù)位。定(dìng)子繞組匝數多(duō)和定子(zǐ)繞組節(jiē)距不(bú)合(hé)适(shì)：調整(zhěng)定子(zǐ)繞組(zǔ)。定、轉(zhuǎn)子繞組有(yǒu)局部(bù)線圈接錯或接(jiē)反：按設計(jì)資料(liào)複查，重新(xīn)接線(xiàn)。 防爆電機 繞線(xiàn)轉子電刷與集(jí)電環接觸不(bú)良：調整刷壓(yā)，按集電環外圓弧度(dù)磨電(diàn)刷接(jiē)觸表(biǎo)面，以增加接觸(chù)面積(圖\文(wén) xiaojikuaipao.top/ )。
