1 of the dosing pump structure : the pump consists of a motor, gear box, cylinder and other three parts. dosing pump gear box parts by arch type cam and connecting rod mechanism, a travel adjusting mechanism and the ratio of worm gear mechanism; through the rotation of the adjusting hand wheel to execute high stroke adjustment, from the surface to change the bow rod front distance to achieve the purpose of changing the plunger stroke. parts of the cylinder is composed of a pump head, suction valve, discharge valve group group, the plunger and the packing seal components.
2 dosing pump working principle: motor drive the worm and the worm gear coupling shaft and the eccentric rotation of rotary movement, composed of an eccentric wheel arch type connecting rod slide adjustment block for reciprocating motion. when the plunger moves backward dead point, the pump cavity is formed gradually vacuum, suction valve is opened, the inhalation of the liquid; when the plunger moves forward dead, when the suction valve is closed, the discharge valve is opened, the liquid in the piston to further movement of discharge. the dosing pump reciprocating along the working pressure, forming a continuous quantitative discharging liquid.
